- After receiving your application and payment, we will process the visa immediately. You can expect the process to take 03 working days and in urgent cases, the urgent service takes only 01 to 02 working days.

- After approval, we will fax or email you a Viet Nam Visa Approval Letter as an attachment.

- Please print the approval letter.

- Bring at least 02 photos of passport regulation size.

- Receive your visa at the visa desk of the arrival airport for Viet Nam Visa On Arrival.

- Or receive your visa at Embassy or Consulate in your country for Viet Nam Visa Approval Code.

- Passport must be valid for at least 06 months.

- Two (02) passport photos size 4 x 6 cm.

- Cash for paying visa stamp fee upon arrival when picking up your visa.

- Applicants must enter Viet Nam by air and get the visa when landing at the arrival airport for the Visa on Arrival Application.

- Applicants must get the visa at Embassy or Consulate in your country for the Visa Approval Code.

- Please send us the scan of your passport and the page containing your current Viet Nam visa to our email then we will process it with Viet Nam Immigration Department to check your information before extending or renewing your visa.

- We will inform you whether your Viet Nam visa can be extended or renewed as visa extension varies for each case.

- After that you need to bring these following documents to our office:

- Your original passport

- Temporary residence paper approved by the hotel where you live at or approved by local authorities where you live in or wards Police Unit.

- If you are Vietnamese overseas or your current visa is separate visa, you need to prepare 02 passport sized-photos 4 x 6 cm with a straight forward face.

Notes:

- If you are in Ho Chi Minh City center area, we can come in person to pick up your passport at your address on your request.

- Wait some days to get your passport back together with your new stamped visa.

- You would better extend or renew your Viet Nam visa at least 01 week for 03 months visa, preferably 02 weeks before your visa is expired.

- Before you apply for visa extension, your passport must have 02 blank pages at minimum.

- For tourist and business visa, this visa extension or renewal is only applicable for 01 month or 03 months (single/multiple).

- For diplomatic, official visas and other types of visa should be applied through the official agencies or government or business sponsor or contact the Viet Nam Immigration Department in person.

- Thailand passport holders (valid for 30 days).

- Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Cambodia, Laos, Philippines and Brunei passport holders (valid for 21 days).

- Korea, Japan, Russian, Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Finland passport holders (valid for 15 days).

- French diplomatic or official passport holders (90 days or several visits within 6 months).

- Chile diplomatic or official passport holders (less than 60 days).

- APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC) Holders from Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) member economies (less than 60 days).

- Viet Nam Visa exemption for visiting Phu Quoc Island: applied for foreigners and Vietnamese Nationals who hold foreign passport (15 days).

- Vietnamese oversea holding visa exemption certificate (less than 90 days).

Notes:

- In order to get your visa exemption certificate, you should contact your nearest Viet Nam Embassy/Consulate to get the invitation letter. In case, you would like to avoid the hassle of getting this certificate, you can use your other passport (foreign passport) to apply for Viet Nam Visa Fee with our Visa Application Service.

- Only citizens of certain countries can visit Viet Nam without an entry visa.

- All other citizens are required to get an entry visa before departure or a pre-approved entry visa (visa is issued upon arrival at Vietnam′s International Airports) supplied before arrival in Viet Nam.

- There are two ways of classification.

- First, in terms of traveling purpose, there are four kinds of Viet Nam entry visa: Tourist Visa, Business Visa, Visa extension and Re-entry Visa.

- The other way is to classify upon the method to get the visa, according to which, there are two kinds: Visa On Arrival (VOA) and normal Entry Visa.

- “ Visa approval letter: VAL ” is the letter issued by Viet Nam Immigration Department (Viet Nam Government) that allows you to enter and exit the Viet Nam’s Airports for a given period.

- With the approval letter you can get your visa at any Viet Nam international airports upon your arrival.

- It takes only 02 working days after receiving your payment notification.

- In urgent cases, it takes only 01 working day or even only within 05 hours (working days).

- Getting visa to Viet Nam is quite simple and easy now, that is picking up Viet Nam visa at Viet Nam airport. After receiving the approval letter from us, you should print it out.

- Upon arrival at Viet Nam′s airport, go to visa on arrival desk, show the approval letter and fill in a form which receive from the customs staff. - Three international airports in Viet Nam that you can get your stamp with this approval letter are: Noi Bai International Airport (Ha Noi), Tan Son Nhat International Airport (Ho Chi Minh City) and Da Nang Airport (Da Nang).

- Visa tamping fee (pay directly at Viet Nam airport) + Our service fee (shall be paid in advance)

- Visa stamping fee is the fee that must be paid directly by you to the Immigration at your arrival airport or at embassy/consulate.

-This fee is charged for the Immigration to get your visa itself printed out, glued (or stamped) onto your passport and sealed, after double checking your visa approval letter.

-The visa is stamped onto your passport only if all the information in your approval letter is exactly as in your passport.

- Visa Service fee is the fee paid to us by you before traveling with a view to getting your Visa Approval Letter issued by the Viet Nam Immigration Department.

- The prerequisite is that our company guarantees for you at the Immigration Department, and accordingly, your visa is automatically sent from the Department to your arrival airport’s Immigration controlling network.

- Each visa application option offers you some advantage.
